Our congenial lunches in the heart of winter at Merits, the training restaurant for the Richmond upon Thames College, have become a regular feature on our calendar. The food is first class and beautifully served by the students. What more could one ask for three delicious courses, with a price of around £10.95? Coffee or tea, beer, wine or soft drinks are extra. Feel free to bring your friends.

Hampton Hill Theatre  

‘A View from the Bridge’ at Hampton Hill Theatre

Wednesday, 31 January at 7.30pm

Special visit for Society members to Hampton Hill Theatre.

‘A View from the Bridge’ is written by American playwright Arthur Miller. The play is set in 1950s America, in an Italian American neighborhood near the Brooklyn Bridge in New York.

The production is by Teddington Theatre Club and tickets cost £12.00 each.

Get Quizzing!  

The Hampton Society Quiz Night

Friday 23 February, 7.30 for 8pm start, St Mary’s community hall

Call Trisha Shirt on 8941 5162 if you’d like to take part. Come with friends in a team of four to six or come on your own and we’ll help you make up a team. The winning team will receive 6 bottles of wine.

Why not come along and meet up with your friends and fellow Hampton residents?

Towards the end of the evening, we’ll be holding a raffle with great prizes that we will be announcing soon.

Our MC for the evening will be William Redfern, the Society’s Chair.

Wine and other drinks will be available for a voluntary donation. 

Remember to bring your own picnic.

Tickets are just £5 per person

Doors open at 7.30pm for a prompt 8.00pm start at St Mary’s community hall.

If you’ve not been to a Hampton Society event before then this is the one for you!
